Of course, the nasal aspirator is a must for stuffy noses not yet trained in the intricacies of blowing. The kit also includes a nail clipper with a large extended grip to make clipping baby's nails easier on the parent. This was given to me as a shower gift. It got lost under mountains of baby stuff, but I eventually found it while trying to pack for baby first trip. Since then, its been a staple in her diaper bag. I like that it has its own zip up case, so things don't get lost. I wouldn't recommend if for everday use b/c of some of the same complaints as other reviewers (medicine stopper, awkward thermometer). But I have had to use it on occassion while my baby and I were away from home and our everyday supplies and it really came in handy.

I hate this product. I receive it as a gift, and all the products are not adapted for babies, plus, looks very cheap!!
