My favorite one; but room for improvement

I love this product only for it's length and the sponge tip.
The size of the sponge tip is great; not so huge that you have to ram it into the neck of a bottle. And the length of the handle is perfect. Most of the bottle brushes I've used (at other people's houses) are too short and kinda awkward to use. I've never used the "soap reservoir" on any bottle brush because NONE of them work. They all leak/waste soap.

Yes, the other reviews are right... it's extremely hard to refill and/or switch out the tips. However, I never switch out the tip. I always use the sponge tip. Which is fine, cuz I think the brush styles scratch bottles anyway.

I really wish you could buy replacement tips; instead of having to buy the whole brush again.

So overall, no I don't use the brush tip or the soap reservoir... BUT it's still my FAVORITE style bottle brush so far.
In fact, I couldn't find it in-store (and I searched everywhere locally) and bought a Sassy no-scratch one. The rubber-bristley looking one and it's no comparison. It too short for my taste and it just doesn't feel like it cleans as well. (Kinda the same sensation as wearing dish gloves vs washing the dishes without. ~ Can't really feel that grit with the glove on; ya know.)

Poor design

The brush does the work of cleaning my Avent bottles. But to get off the bottle brush is nearly impossible for one person. The latch on our own refused to budge, so not liquid soap could go in. The nipple brush came off after 2 weeks. Poor quality & poor design.

Not well made

This brush is just not well made- it's almost imposible to get the soap in the dispenser and it doesn't fit our Dr. Brown's bottles very well.
