Good stuff

I used these when I was first BFing, and I liked them but they only worked for a couple of days with me...two at the most! The ones I received at the hospital were much better and worked for a week, and you could rinse them off. I could not rinse these as they would shrivel up and dry. Im assuming the best ones are the same as the hydrogel pads, which actually say they are good for 6-7 days.

These pads are so wonderful. This is how I survived the first few weeks of breastfeeding with both my children. The lactation consultants would give them out if you were having latching issues. They would last 1-2 weeks while they relieved the pain and allowed you to heal.

These really gave me great relief the first few weeks of learning to breastfeed my daughter. Once you put them on it is total relief. I would recommend if you have sore nipples and you can use them for almost 5-6 days!
