Considering these muffins are fat-free and high in fiber, they are delicious! I've eaten many "normal" muffins that weren't nearly as tasty. Highly recommend these. My only complaint is that shipping to the west coast is pretty expensive, though they do always arrive fresh and fast. If these guys could open a west-coast bakery to save on delivery charges, these would earn 5-stars in my book (and more business!)
