very nice set for first time parents

This is a great set for first-time parents! Shopping for baby stuff for the first time can be so overwhelming (it's much harder than registering for your wedding), and this set gets you started with all the basics. This would make a great shower gift (I bought it for myself since I was at home on bedrest for the later part of my pregnancy and couldn't go out to shop). The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because the quality of the clothing/blankets/towels in the kit were not as good as the stuff you usually get from Carters when you buy it piece-by-piece/off the rack (the material is lighter and thinner). Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the assortment of products.

This is the Perfect Gift

One of my co-workers is expecting her first child (a girl) very soon and I was tasked with finding the "perfect" gift for the shower we are throwing her. After looking all over the internet, I came across this great set from Carters - 24 items for such a low price! The essentials really are all in here: the little onesies, sleepers, tee-shirts, and the little booties are the topper - so cute! They even put a blanket, some washcloths, rattle and hairbrush in here too. They covered all the bases: eating, sleeping, and bathing!
Being from Carters, everything is of great quality. The items are sturdy yet soft, just what a baby needs... Needless to say, this gift was very well received.

Great Item

This was given to me as a gift and it's a great item. I like how it comes with just about everything your newborn will need. Even toys (the keys) and hangers. The clothing material is good but could be better. But I like that the outfits all have matching accessories. Bibs, blankets, hats, booties, burb towels.
Definitely a great gift idea!
