This playpen is a lifesaver! I can only say great things about it. Here are all the advantages:
-very very sturdy and safe
-lots of room
-can be easily moved by the wheels & easy assembly
-the baby can see outside the bars, so she can see us and the world around her, not like in those plastic playpens
-we can hang all kinds of toys on the bars she has plenty of entertainment
- she can hold onto the bars, which are excellent in helping to develop baby's sitting and walking skills, as well as coordination
-3 levels, can be used as a crib as well
- the solid breechwood construction is very pretty and decorative (this last one is not that important but still a very pleasent plus)

Absolutely worth the price!

Room enough for 2!!

Playpens have become plastic and square with little room to actually play. A quick tour at Target and Walmart showed my wife and me that we'd have to look online for a traditional wooden playpen. This one hits the spot with superb craftsmanship, sturdiness and space. My 2 daughters (1 and 3) would play for hours in this playpen. It also keeps the family room tidy as it has more than enough room for toys and stuffed animals. The only drawback would be limited space for such a large playpen. Kettler does offer a smaller rectangular version as well. This is top of the line.
