Great swing

We purchased this swing after our hand me down swing broke. We were looking for an affordable swing that would stimulate and sooth our little boy. This swing fit the bill. Our baby loved watching the dog and cat play ball. When he got old enough, he was able to pull the toys to activate the action and music. The swing does not eat batteries and has many speed settings. We were very happy with this swing and sad when our little boy outgrew it. This is a great product for the price.

Started out as a great swing

Well it really is a fun swing. We got this as a replacement swing for nana's house and home since both swings before this were used and both decided to die out at the same time. The cat and dog play with a ball that slides back and forth. Note if the floors aren't level (even a little bit was enough) there won't be much back and forth. Now my son is just over 6months and has cracked the code. He uses the side toys that hang as leverage to pull him self forward so he can grab "play" with the ball. Still great for sleepy nap times but need to be watched like a hawk so he doesn't break it or himself.

GREAT ITEM

Actually, we bought this and gave it to our daughter and son-in-law for our new grandson so we haven't actually used it. He's almost four months old now and he LOVES his swing. According to them, it's very easy to use - getting him in and out, it's very quiet, the music is "entertaining" and sometimes it is the only thing that will put him to sleep. What a great recommendation for new parents!! :)

Great Swing!

We bought this swing for our second child. My first child, a 4 year old, helped me put it together (with lots of supervision); and it was not hard to put together at all. The instructions were clear, and even the 4 year old figured out how to use it (not actually swing in it, but flip the switches, etc...) The baby loves it, and we are glad to have found it. It was a great deal here, free shipping and a price lower than a major comeptitor's website.

This swing rocks!

We love this swing and so does our son! It was fairly easy to assemble and isn't as bulky as the old swings I remember, but still sturdy and a lot more quiet to! I was worried when I found out it wasn't a mechanical crank type, but battery usage is suprizingly efficient, I was amazed by how long a single set of batteries lasted.

Our 2 month old son actually watches the cat and dog bat the ball back and forth while laughing and talking to them and now is starting to grab for the rings at the side. He loves it and the adjustable seat, while only having three positions, seems comfortable to him and lets us recline it far enough back so that his head doesn't slump over.

All in all, I have to say it's been a very worthwhile investment!
